Edfu was believed to have been the site of the great battle between Horus and Seth. Afterwards sailing to Kom Ombo to visit Kom Ombo Temple built during the Graeco-Roman period. The temple is unique because it is in fact a double temple, dedicated to Sobek the crocodile god, and Horus the falcon-headed god. The layout combines two temples in one with each side having its own gateways and chapels. Free time at lesure. Lunch and dinner on the board, overnight in Aswan.Day 4: Aswan / Kitchener’s IslandBreakfast will be served aboard the cruise, followed by guided tour in Aswan to visit High Dam built in 1970.
